Our Hobbit Homes are custom-built by New Hampshire craftsmen — whimsical, cozy dwellings that turn an ordinary camping trip into something your kids will talk about for years. Tucked into the landscape and thoughtfully designed for comfort, these one-of-a-kind retreats bring a little magic to your Saco River getaway. Unique by design. Unforgettable by nature.

| Our Family Cabins are perfect for those seeking a full-featured cabin. Hand-built in Maine by a group of craftsmen, we've also added custom-built Hobbit homes to each location so the kids can have their own sleeping quarters for even more fun! |

| Capacity | Maximum site occupancy of 4 adults (in Family cabin) and 2 children (in Hobbit home) |
| Layout & Beds | **Family Cabin:** Queen bed with a Full bed above (bunk style). **Hobbit Home:** Detached 8'x7' space with 2 cots for sleeping. |
| Amenities | **Family Cabin:** 3/4 bath with shower, kitchenette (no stove or oven), heat and A/C, and coffee maker. **Hobbit Home:** Interior and exterior lighting, power outlets, and USB outlets for charging toys. *(Note: Does not offer heat/AC or bathrooms)*. |
| **Please note:** The pet fee is $15 per night, per pet for rentals that allow pets. |

| Glamping Huts (Sites A4, A5, B4 & B5) |

| These are cozy cabins custom-built by Maine craftsmen that provide great weather protection from the outdoors. They also offer an outdoor fire-ring and picnic table. *Please be aware these cabins do not have bathrooms (although they are only about a 1-minute walk to our bathhouse).* |

| Beds | Bunk-style (Queen on bottom and Full on top) |
| Amenities | LED interior lighting, A/C, electrical outlets, a small space for seating, and onsite parking |

The Hobbit Homes are detached from the main Family Cabins. The total maximum site occupancy is 4 adults (in the Family Cabin) and 2 children (in the Hobbit Home).

*Please note: Hobbit Homes do not offer heat/AC or bathrooms; guests will use the amenities provided in the adjacent Family Cabin. Linens are not provided.*
