Rates
- Rates subject to change without notice – Holiday rates may vary
- Our rates include 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 18)
- Additional Adults $10/night
- Additional Children $8/night
- Pets $5/night
- Rates can be found by entering your dates of stay and reservation information into our online reservation system here.
Day Visitors
- Adults $6/day
- Children $6/day
- Sorry, visitors may not bring pets.
2026 Minimum Night Requirements
Memorial weekend: 4 Night Minimum May 21, 2026 – May 25, 2026 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2026) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
5-night minimum: June 14, 2026 – August 16, 2026
3-Night Minimum: August 17 – August 26, 2026
Labor Day Weekend: 4 Night Minimum September 3, 2026 – September 7, 2026 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2026) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
Fryeburg Fair: 4 Night Minimum October 2, 2026 – October 12, 2026 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2026) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
Columbus Day Weekend: 4 Night Minimum October 8, 2026 – October 12, 2026 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2026) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
Reservation Terms and Conditions
- Master Card, Visa, Discover accepted.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations must be made 31 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit minus a $35.00 service fee per site.
- For reservations made online, the online Booking Fee is non-refundable.
- NO REFUNDS for cancellations with 30 days or less notice.
- Sites are not guaranteed without Site Lock. (Site Lock is optional. It is a one-time fee & is non-refundable).
- Two-night deposit for RV and tent sites required to hold reservations for 7 nights or less. Reservations of 8 nights or more require a five-night deposit.
- Reservations for RV and tent sites made 90 days or less away from the arrival date are to be paid in full.
- Reservations during Holiday time frames require payment in full.
- All rental units require payment in full at time of reservation.
