Memorial weekend: 4 Night Minimum May 23, 2024 – May 27, 2024 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2024) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
5-Night Minimum: June 16, 2024 – August 18, 2024
3-Night Minimum: August 19 – August 28, 2024
Labor Day Weekend: 4 Night Minimum August 29, 2024 – September 2, 2024 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2024) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
Fryeburg Fair: 4 Night Minimum September 29, 2024 – October 6, 2024 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2024) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.
Columbus Day Weekend: 4 Night Minimum October 10, 2024 – October 14, 2024 (for reservations made prior to January 31, 2024) a 3-night minimum applied thereafter.

Master Card, Visa, Discover accepted.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made 31 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit minus a $35.00 service fee per site.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations with 30 days or less notice.
Two-night deposit for RV and tent sites required to hold reservations for 7 nights or less. Reservations of 8 nights or more require a five-night deposit.
Reservations for RV and tent sites made 90 days or less away from the arrival date are to be paid in full.
Reservations during Holiday time frames require payment in full.
All rental units require payment in full at time of reservation.
